DESCRIPTION:Reiki Training Level 1 for self healing \nNext training: 5th & 6h December 2026 in Eastbourne\, £270 per person\n \nReiki is a form of energy therapy also called palm healing or hands on healing. It was first developed in 1922 by a Japanese Buddhist called Mikao Usui. The word Reiki is Japanese and means ‘Universal Life Force Energy’. \nReiki can be used for healing physical or emotional problems\, help with balancing one’s energies or simply to relax and let go of stress\, anxiety and the feeling of being overloaded or overwhelmed. If practised regularly it can also assist individuals on their path of spiritual growth and self-development. \nLevel 1: In this 2-day Reiki training you’ll learn the basics of Reiki healing energy and how to work with Reiki symbols to heal and balance your own energy system. You’ll receive an attunement which will enable you to engage in powerful self-healing. You’ll learn how to use the Reiki symbols for a variety of issues. In addition\, we will cover chakra balancing and healing. \nPlease note that this course does not give you the qualification to treat others. The Level 2 practitioner training will be offered subsequently. Level 1 is for beginners and for self-healing.
