  1. Sandra

Great little video, not as good as a 1-2-1 session but I guess it’s not aimed at that. It’s definitely great as a starting point or in between sessions. Thank you.

  2. Margaret

I love EFT but always struggle with what to say when tapping on my own. This is like a guided tapping meditation and still tailored to what I need because Sandy asks you to tune into your own body and notice the feelings before tapping and you can fill in the blanks in the statements. I’m planning to use this every day now as I tend to worry a lot.

  3. Lucy Bennet

This is so weird and so cool at the same time but most importantly it works!

  4. Anne P.

It really helped me. It comes with two extra videos explaining the technique, the tapping points and how to go about it, so it’s 3 videos in one. Thanks.

  5. Charlotte

It’s a great technique. I had used EFT before on my own but wasn’t quite sure how it works. This tapping sequence is very helpful. Thank you. I definitely feel less worried but also know what to do if I get another ‘worry attack’.
