1-2-1 sessions with Sandy 

As a holistic health practitioner, I’m trained to see the patterns behind the problems.    1-2-1 sessions are tailored towards the particular needs of a client. We look at individual challenges and blocks and work towards making lasting and profound changes. Many clients really enjoy my online courses and downloads and find them very helpful. In 1-2-1 sessions you can take things a step further and get individual support and guidance for your specific situation. In addition, when deeper issues come up or you’d like to deal with trauma or phobias, or very personal thought patters or habits are in the way of achieving your goal, it is advisable to work with an experienced practitioner like Sandy who’s been working with clients for over 10 years. Individual sessions can be done online or face-to-face if you happen to live near Eastbourne in East Sussex.

1 online session £90 (via Skype or Zoom) need to be paid in advance via paypal or bank transfer 


3 sessions £240 if paid in advance or at the end of the first session (you save £30)

includes an initial 15min phone consultation, up to 3 sessions and a follow-up chat or email after each session 

Phobias package: £240
includes an initial 15mins phone consultation, up to 3 sessions and a follow-up chat or email after each session

Please note that for all sessions I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so if you’d like to reschedule an appointment, please let me know well in advance otherwise you might be charged a cancellation fee. Thank you. 

Sessions that are part of a package need to be taken within 3 months starting from the date of the first session and need to be about the same issue.
