EFT Practitioner Training Level 1 & 2

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also called ‘tapping‘ is a modern therapy that helps people deal with emotional issues. Many of us have learnt to repress negative emotions, swallowing them and smiling, pretending everything is okay. Yet emotions are ‘energy in motion’ and not expressing them can lead to blocks in our energy system which can then cause additional challenges. EFT is a safe way to deal with and release any negative emotions. By clearing these, we feel empowered, relaxed and positive. As a result we can think more clearly, make positive changes and live a more fulfilling life.

The combination of tapping specific meridian points while exploring the underlying emotions of a problem and verbalising a variety of associated statements, has proven to be very effective for a number of issues, such as:

  • releasing stress
  • reducing anxiety
  • dealing with chronic pain
  • overcoming depression
  • work on cravings
  • letting go of addictions
  • releasing fears, trauma and phobias
  • increasing self-esteem
  • dealing with grief, anger and other emotions
  • improve public speaking performances
  • your individual issue (that’s based on emotions)

In this training you’ll learn the basics of EFT and how to use it safely on yourself and others. In addition to the two days, we’ll have a follow-up online / or in person seminar at a date to be agreed by all participants on the last day of the course. Please note that in order to qualify for the practitioner status, an additional multiple choice test and a case study is required after the course (date and time can be chosen whenever you feel ready). This is to ensure that you are ready to work with clients. If you’re only interested in EFT for self-healing, you don’t need to take the test.

This EFT Training Course is open to everyone. No previous experience or knowledge is necessary. You can learn this fantastic technique to help yourself and clear your own emotional issues, blocks or limiting beliefs. As this training also includes Level 2, you will be able to work with clients and will be equippred to start a new career if you like or  combine it with other therapies.
