Emotions link the body and mind and they affect our well-being. Whether you’re stressed because of the current circumstances or would like to learn tools to manage your stress level and keep calm, in this 2-hour workshop you’ll find out how to make peace with daily stress. We’ll explore the body-mind connection and why we get stressed in the first place, which helps you become more aware. You’ll learn techniques to let go of anxiety and worries to improve your work-life and emotional balance. This course aims to empower you to take control and manage your emotions with alternative tools and energy psychology. No previous knowledge necessary. Everyone welcome, yet booking is necessary as there’s limited spaces.
