In this 2.5-hour workshop you’ll learn how emotions can get trapped in the body and hold a particular condition in place. We’ll look at typical emotions around chronic pain and learn how to release them which often leads to an improvement of the condition. We’ll explore the body-mind connection and how our beliefs and thought patterns can influence the body.

This course aims to empower you to take control and manage your pain with alternative tools and energy psychology. No previous knowledge necessary. Everyone welcome, yet booking is necessary as there’s limited spaces.
